Baetoti (“we”, “us”, or “our”) takes its User’s (“you”, “your”) privacy seriously and respects your privacy as a fundamental right.   9. GPS Location (through Baetoti Platform)

We collect your Personal Data when you create a Service Provider Account on Baetoti to be reviewed by Baetoti and 3rd party to validate the integrity of the data to potentially onboarded to the listed services. To create your Service Provider Account we collect the following Personal Data and Information;

  1. Country
  2. Region
  3. City
  4. Business type (Corporate or Freelancer) and associated information;
  5. First Name;  
  6. Middle Name;
  7. Last Name;  
  8. Valid Passport or Government ID information;
  9. Gender;
  10. Street Address;
  11. Phone and Contact Numbers;
  12. Email Address; and
  13. GPS Location (through Baetoti Platform)

  16. Business Cover Image and Logo
  17. Social Media links
  18. Items (Products and services), category, subcategory, item details, photos, price, available quantity.

We collect your Personal Data when you create a Captain Account on Baetoti to be reviewed by Baetoti and 3rd party to validate the integrity of the data to potentially onboarded to the listed Captains. To create your Captain Account we collect the following Personal Data and Information;

  1. Country
  2. Region
  3. City
  4. Business type (Corporate or Freelancer) and associated information;
  5. First Name;  
  6. Middle Name;
  7. Last Name;  
  8. Valid Passport or Government ID information
  9. Driver License information;
  10. Gender;
  11. Phone and Contact Numbers;
  12. Email Address; and
  13. GPS Location (through Baetoti Platform)
  14. Vehicle Type
  15. Vehicle Pallet Number
  16. Vehicle Sequence number
  17. Digital Signature

By creating a User Account to access Baetoti Service you consent to our collection of this Personal Data.

3. Automatically collected Personal Data.

We may receive certain information about your visit, use, and interactions with the Baetoti Platform when you visit, use, and interact with it. For example, we may track the number of visitors to the Baetoti Platform, the peak hours of visits, the pages you visit, the links you click, the text you enter, the way your mouse moves around the Baetoti Platform, the domains from which you came (e.g.,,, etc. ), and the browsers you use to access the Service (e.g., Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, etc. ), as well as broad geolocation data. Particularly, the following information is created and automatically logged in our systems:

  1. Log Data: Information sent automatically by your browser whenever you visit the Site,  Your Internet Protocol address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and how you interacted with the Site are all included in the log data.
  2. Device information: This includes the device's name, operating system, and browser version. The information collected may vary according to the type of device and its settings. We will also capture information regarding the network connection type such as 3G, 4G, LTE, 5G provider network and device performance, browser type, language and operating system.

  4. IP Address: IP Addresses are the Internet Protocol addresses of your device. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) assigns your IP address automatically to the device that you are using. This number is automatically identified and recorded in our server's log files whenever a user visits the Site or uses the Baetoti Platform, along with the date and time of the visit and the page(s) that were viewed. Collecting IP addresses is a common practice on the Internet, and many websites do so routinely.

Baetoti uses your Personal Data to communicate with you about listed services, updates, to provide you with additional services, promotions, and special offers, and to bill you for your purchases. We also use the collected data to forward administrative information to you, for example, information regarding the service, feedback requests, and changes to our terms, conditions and policies
  2. To enhance user-experience. Baetoti uses cookies to remember Users on the Site and to enhance Users' experience on the Site. For example, when Users with User Accounts return to the Site, cookies identify those Users and allow the site to provide certain user-specific information such as login information, choice of website language and country selection in addition to any other information we might collect in the future.
  3. To provide you with the listed services. Baetoti uses the collected personal data to provide you with listed Services. For example, Baetoti shares customers' order content, special order instructions, first and last name, street address with Service Providers with whom orders are placed to the extent necessary to process those orders.
  4. Use of your IP addresses. We use Users’ IP addresses for purposes such as calculating Site usage levels, helping diagnose server problems, and administering the Site. We may also use and disclose IP Addresses for all the purposes for which we use and disclose other information.

Additionally, we use your Personal Data;

  1. To analyze your interaction with Baetoti Services;
  2. To maintain and improve the quality and functionality of Baetoti Services;
  3. For research and development for new products and services;
  4. To ensure that fraud, criminal activity, and misuse of our services can be prevented;
  5. To ensure the security of our IT systems, architecture, and networks; and
  6. To comply with legal obligations and legal process, and to safeguard our rights, privacy, safety, and property, as well as the rights, privacy, safety, and property of our affiliates, you, and other third parties.

4. Who do we share your data with?

  1. Vendors and Service Providers. Baetoti shares collected Personal Data to third-party vendors and service providers with whom Baetoti works to provide application programming interfaces ("APIs") and other functions for the Site in connection with the delivery of Baetoti Service. To further seek assistance in fulfilling its business operation needs and to effectively complete performance of certain services and functions, Baetoti may share Personal Data with third party vendors and service providers, including provider of payment aggregator, cloud services, hosting services and other information technology service providers. Baetoti may also share Users’ Personal Data with email communication software, newsletter services, customer relationship management and support services. Based on the instructions we send them, these parties will process, store or access Users’ Personal Data in the course of performing their duties for Baetoti. Baetoti takes all commercial measures and reasonably endeavor to ensure that these third party vendors adhere to the Security standards that Baetoti applies to secure its Personal Data. All our Vendors are bound by a strict clause of confidentiality and remain under an obligation to keep the Personal Data confidential.
  2. Legal Requirements. Baetoti may also disclose Personal Data to third parties such as attorneys, collection agencies, tribunals or law enforcement authorities pursuant to valid requests in connection with alleged violations of Baetoti terms of use and service or other alleged contract violations, infringement or similar harm to persons or property. Additionally, Baetoti may also share Personal Data in an action in accordance with Article 15 of the PDPA.
  3. Business Transfers. If in any scenario, Baetoti is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due-diligence, restructuring, sale of assets or any other arrangement which involves substantial change in management and work operations, your personal information and data may be shared in diligence process with the counter parties and others who are providing assistance in the transaction and will be transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that transaction along with other assets.

5. Payment Information

When you place an order through the platform, you are required to select a method of payment. Baetoti is not interested in your debit/credit card information nor do store any of your debit/credit information, since orders could be paid to the Service Provider and/ or captains through payment aggregator partner which processes debit/ credit card payments.

Online debit/ credit card payment is an option and for some Service Providers it can be the only method of payment. For transactions with online debit/credit cards, we transmit your entire card information to the appropriate debit/credit card company in an encrypted format with globally accepted rules and applications during order processing. Upon your choice, we keep a part of your card information in an encrypted format, taking precaution to maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards over your credit card information.

6. How long do we keep your Personal Data for?

We retain Personal Data for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law (e.g. for tax, legal, accounting, or other purposes), whichever is longer.

7. Your Rights under the Law (PDPA)

You have the following rights under the PDPA and Baetoti at all time shall strive to provide you the rights as stated hereunder;

  1. The right to be informed about the legal basis and the purpose of the Collection of your Personal Data.
  2. Right to access your Personal Data held by Baetoti, in accordance with the rules and procedures set out in the Personal Data Protection Interim Regulations (PDPIR);
  3. Right to request a copy of your Personal Data held by the Baetoti in a readable and clear format, in accordance with the controls and procedures specified by the PDPIR;
  4. Right to request a correction, completion, or updating of your Personal Data held by Baetoti;
  5. Right to request a destruction of your Personal Data held by Baetoti when such Personal Data is no longer needed; and
  6. Right to withdraw your consent from processing. You may execute this right by addressing us an email to withdraw your consent at our baetoti help center.

8. Protection and Security of your Personal Data

The Site and Baetoti Platform and has secure pages to collect Personal Data and most critical data is stored in encrypted form. We use various technical and management practices to help protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome.

Baetoti uses reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect Personal Data under its control. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please do not send us sensitive information through email.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be amended with time and with or without notice to the Users. However, each time we amend this Privacy Policy the last updated date will be changed to the date when the latest version of this Privacy Policy was uploaded to the Site. We recommend that you keep checking this page to stay updated on the latest privacy terms of the Baetoti Service. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you may communicate your non-consent to us and we will stop processing your Personal Data.

We maintain one or more databases to store your Personal Information and may retain it as reasonably required to serve you and operate the Service. From time to time, we may offer sweepstakes or other promotions on our website and platform. In order to provide you with the Services you purchased or that you request from us, information about you may be transferred to Baetoti locations in Saudi Arabia as well as countries where our service providers may be based. In some cases, information about you may be transferred to or accessed from other countries, including when you consent and allow us to do so, where it is required in order for us to provide Services to you and when we need to do so to provide functions like product support, troubleshooting and gaining insights into the usage patterns of our Services. When information about you is transferred to countries other than your home country, you may not have the same rights and protections as you do under local law. Any international transfers of such information will be done in accordance with applicable law. 

11. California / Delaware Do Not Track Disclosures

Various third parties are developing or have developed signals or other mechanisms for the expression of consumer choice regarding the collection of information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party web sites or online services (e.g., browser do not track signals).  Currently, Baetoti do not monitor or take any action with respect to these signals or other mechanisms.

12. Where we store your information

Baetoti has a data privacy officer who is responsible for ensuring that your personal information is collected, used, disclosed (shared) and retained in compliance with applicable privacy regulations. However, the data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European economic area ("EEA") that may not be subject to equivalent data protection law.

Where your information is transferred outside the EEA, we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is subject to appropriate safeguards, such as relying on a recognized legal adequacy mechanism, and that it is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website and App are only available within SAUDI ARABIA, or in relation to postings from SAUDI ARABIA. All advertising is intended solely for SAUDI ARABIA market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its Content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of the Baetoti The Baetoti does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service you thereby indemnify Baetoti, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.

We inform you when we need to collect your personal information and why we are collecting it.  

Baetoti only collects information from you after you give us your consent. The only exception is when the law requires the collection, use or disclosure of a person’s information without consent.  

Providing us with personal information is entirely voluntary. By giving us your personal information, you consent to allow us to use and disclose your personal information as described to you. If you do not agree with the use and disclosure of your information, please do not provide us with your personal information.  

Some of our services can only be offered if you provide personal information so, if you choose not to provide your information, we may not be able to provide you with those services.  

You may withdraw consent at any time. You will be informed of the effect that withdrawing your consent will have. Your withdrawal of consent will only apply from the point that you withdrew consent. Your withdrawal of consent is not retroactive.  

This means we will not remove information that has already been disclosed.

21. Transfer to third parties

To facilitate the purposes of our website, personal data may be shared in the normal course and scope of business with third parties to whom Baetoti has chosen to outsource work. In the event that personal data is transferred to a third party, Baetoti requires in its agreements with third parties that adequate privacy precautions are taken that provide the same level of privacy protection as is required by the principles of the privacy shield. In certain circumstances, Baetoti may remain responsible and liable under privacy shield principles if such third parties process the personal data in a manner inconsistent with the privacy shield principles. Service Providers: We share personal information about you with service providers that help with our business activities, including drivers’ service providers, billing and payment card processors, marketing and advertising service providers, and companies that help us improve our products and services.
